Very Poor Service

I had an account with Infoline, Visakhapatnam. Phone calls even during trading hours were never answered. There is one guy there there in charge of the Vizianagaram accounts and this fellow took very little interest in the customers. He was rude and unhelpful. I don't want to name him because I would not want him to lose his job. I think the he should pull up his socks because customers lose money when no one takes calls because there was no other way for me to buy and sell stocks. The fellow went on leave for a few days and there was no one to substitute for him. Simply putting it Info ine India sucks big time. I have transferred my account to another broking firm.
