Non-existent Customer Service

Dear All,

I have a Indian bank global classic Credit card and am absolutely appalled by the kind of service Indian bank offers for its credit cards.

1. The customer care center numbers at the back of credit card 044-24331320/1321, no body ever answers.

2. The All India toll free no. 1-800-425-1400 (Number does not exist!!)

You will always get card statements either 1 day before the payment is due or sometimes even after the due date has passed. It is impossible to pay this card on time and avoid late fine charges. To make matters worse, you get no one to talk to to solve your problems.

So my advice to everyone, STAY AWAY from Indian Bank Credit Cards.
