Debit of rupees from ATM card no action on given application

Sir i have given written application in bank (1/7, NATH COMPLEX, DHAKRAN CROSSING M.G.ROAD, AGRA_282010) that i swap my ATM card in TANIQ gold shop (PRACHI JEWELS) but money does not credit in taniq shop as they show me statement that i had shown to bank manager but my amount is not credit till date there irresponsible behavior they didnot show any action till date as it was happen on 29 08 2010 as i remineded them again and again but they give us unsatisfactory answer and tell us to come on next date as i m a working lady so cant go so frequentely.kindly help me.
