Rs. 10, 000.00 debited by SBI ATM without transaction

Dear Sir,

I am consumer of IOB, Golaganj Branch, Lucknow, I perfomed a transaction of Rs. 400.00 on 07 March from SBI ATM, located at SBI Chander Nagar Branch, Alambagh, Lucknow but an additional transaction of Rs.10, 000.00 was also made by the ATM, which I have'nt performed.

So it is humble request to you to please give me recovery of Rs. 10, 000.00 which was extra debited from my account, as soon as possible.
