Non Refund of Money

I bought clothes worth Rs. 4188 from RituWears Faridabad on 12 Feb. Due to some problem they swiped my IOB debit card twice, and hence, my account was debited twice. But after talking to customer care of IOB, I came to know that they have paid RituWears only once and the second amount is lying with them. They told me that they will refund the money within a month. Also, if I send them documents relating to my purchase it may be refunded within a week. But after 1 month an 10 days also there is no sign of my money getting back.

Please help me.
