Timming for the office

It has been observed that the local Indian Postal office situated at Moti Daman do not operate at it's regular timing. every time we visit the postal department at moti daman it has new timing for working some time it start's at 8'O clock some time it starts at 10'O clock.

But at the same time it closer time is fixed i.e. 2.O Clock in the afternoon.

This creates a lot of problem for the people waiting out side the office for different work they have. even they can not plan accordingly.
