Condition of ac coaches

Ticket no 91244353.PNR -6140024724.travelling date 30 jun. i was travelling in ac -1.the condition was patheticas rats&cockroaches has made home in the compartment.as formal complain was made to the attd, the reply was casual&lackestedial that it happens in all the trains.even unuthorised railwaystaff & others was found travelling in the linen cabin&on some others berths.there was no one to attend for cleaning the coach as it was done once at MGLS on spl. request.the pantry is overcharging for their products i.e rs... 5 for tea, rs. 35 for simple meal, rs. 25 for soft pet bottles&found avoiding to provide bill for the same. It is beyond the level of understanding&logical interpretation that train like himgiri2331exp. always found running late by more than 6 to above hrs despite of its SFstatus & stops at all unauthorised stns. i am a frequent traveller of IR with proud feeling of worlds largest network sinse my birth.it is seems that every body is churning the IR for its own cause.no one is caring, no one is inspecting.all concern to note&comply.
