Its cheating in the name of online shopping

In nov I had purchased a Blackberry Phone for about Rs 10000.00 When the product came it was a very shoddy kind of packing with no original hand free even battery at all.

with in 7-8 days phone was dad i call him lots of time. Later in one of the exchanges the courier package was valued at about Rs 400.

I lodged a complaint once again and the same story was repeated. they ask me POD (prof of delivery) and all those things today is 15 dec but i never use this product now i don't want any phone plz refund my money back, i trust india times brand but they all are cheater if u really genuine give me my money back...
