Sub: Non confirmation about Award winning in sweepstakes and non-receipt of Parcel bearing web/ID no. 110050937 costing Rs.15, 196.00

Following information by your representatives over cell phone on 30th November’09 that I was the lucky winner to receive a cash prize up to Rs.8 lacks and to qualify the same I should be buying two products from you. I was also told that I was one among 1003 privileged and lucky customers. This exact award money shall be informed by another department which call shall follow immediately after the present call. And literally I was forced to buy the first product online vide ID/web no.110050778. And the amount of Rs.5, 298.00 was realized by you. And today I received that parcel.

Then the second call over the same cell phone followed as advised by the first representative. This time it was a gentle woman. Who confirmed over phone that my name appeared on her computer and I was rewarded a cash prize between a minimum of Rs.4 lacks and Rs.8 Lacks and she also confirmed that a confirmation call to this end shall be made to me within 48 hours from the time of call. Till writing this I have not received any call. She also insisted for my PAN number since the cash prize shall come deducting TDS. And with good faith I provided the PAN number.

Then with same manner she offered me many items out of which I selected DVD Players with 10 speakers bearing ID/web no.110050937. She confirmed the cost of the same Rs.1, 798.00. And it was paid by online and the confirmation was made that you have received the amount.

But unfortunately I was taken aback to see in my bank statement you have taken a payment of Rs.15, 196.00 instead of Rs.1, 798.00.

Please confirm me over fax or E-mail why such a huge difference has come while realizing the amount? Why I have not been intimated within 48 hours from the time and date of phone call about the exact cash reward I am supposed to receive? And why there’s no communication for the delivery of the second parcel bearing number 110050937.

Your immediate reply to the aforesaid matter shall highly be appreciated and your reputation shall remain untarnished.
