Dear sir/madam

This is to inform you that i am an eminent customer of Indiatodaybook club. I have been purchasing products from past 4 years. But i am really sorry to say that this time my product was not delivered properly and i have already paid the money.

I ordered for UCB Women's wallet and belt worth rs 898 via sms from my mobile number 9844744240. when i received the courier, only belt was there.

I immediately wrote to feedback@indiatodaybookclub.com and response@indiatodaybookclub.com

I even complained to indiatoday book club customer care on 01140502424.I was given the complaint number as 590310.

Inspite of my several calls, nothing has been done. i am mentioning every details below.
