ING VYSYA LIFE INSURANCE
Surrendered amount noty being transferred to my bankers on lapse of more than one month

I had a Ing Vysya Life Insurance Policy No 00462069 in the name of Rakesh Kumar Bakshi, in which I had invested a sum of Rs 1, 50, 000/- . Due to urgent need of money, I had requested the Ing Vysya Life Insureance, Gurgaon (HR) office for surrendering of my above policy vide their receipt dated 27 Oct. They had assurred me to transfer my surrendered value amount to my Bankers within 10 days. Despite lapse of over 01 month and repeated request to their Customer Care Centre, they are neither transferring my money to my Bankers nor sending me cheque. Request expedite the payment.
