On 19 Sept at about 0600 hrs, I entered my SBI ATM Card of SBI Nazafgarh, New Delhi in South Indian Bank ATM Machine installed in Nazafgarh, nearer to my residence to withdraw Rs. 15, 000/-. But due to non-response, I again inserted my ATM Card, resultantly no money or receipt received from the ATM Machine of South Indian Bank, Nazagarh and at the same time, an amount of Rs. 30, 000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) only (Rs. 15, 000/- and Rs. 15, 000/- respectively) have been deducted from my SBI Account. Many complain-ts have been lodged with ATM Services and even PS Nazafgarh, but no one bothering to do any action for refund the amount or against the defaulters.
One line about SBI ATM services:- At least 15 days, I tried to lodge a complaint thrice or four times daily, but the responses was - Chopraji it is so sad or very bad, ok, we heard your complaint, but our registration devices is not working properly, you again call us after 30 to 60 minutes later. Finally after 15 days, luckly, one lady attended my complaint 16th day, on my repeated requests, she lodged complaints. Further they replied through SMS that your complaints have been considered by the competent authority and closed the complaint. It is also very wonderful reply of the ATM authorities.
