Dear Sir

I am a state govt. employee & having a post office policy of insurance (RJ-3100114-CS) started in Dec.

I am depositing my premiums in due time & getting the receipt of the same.

But till August it was ok.

when I deposited monthly premium for Sept the receipt was for a year (Sept to Aug) only for one month (Rs 590) dated 11/09

Than the post office staff said no problem I will make it for one year as requested.

So the next receipt was fro Oct to Sept with Rs 6927 dated 17/09. It is ok.

Now the next should be from Oct to Sept but even after depositing Rs 6938 yearly premium the receipt was from Sept to aug which is wrong as I have already paid for Sept in the previous receipt dated 17/09.

Even after telling the mistake to post office staff they said it is computer generated we can not do & it will get corrected automatically during the termination of policy.

Once again I deposited my yearly premium on 29/09 for Oct to Sept but I got the receipt for Sept to Aug (Rs 6938).

Now the staff says write a application to Chittorgarh post office they can do something.

Sir my question is where the money (Rs 590) for the month has gone & post office people are not responding.

Although it is a mistake by the staff.

All premiums are deposited at Nimbahera post office (NIMBAHERA LSG 312601)

Please do help me out to settle the things on the write track.
