IOB Bank - KVB Bank
Not Received Cash From ATM Machine. (2 months gone, still I am Not get it)

Sir,

This is Rafiq from chennai. I m IOB bank account holder. On (15.09.2010) I was trying to take Rs.2000 from KVB bank ATM (Timing-20:20 Branch: KVB usmanroad offsite, chennai, ATM ID - S1AC0123903 Transaction number - 3944). At the end of the transaction, i didnt recieve my cash. I just got a message as (unable to process your account).when i checked my balance, I came to know that Rs. 2000 was debited from my account. I have given a complaint in my IOB Theni Branch, i didnt get a proper response from my bank and didnt receive my cash yet.
