I have internet railway ticket reservation the ticktet is not booked but the amount Rs.652 is dudcuted my account complaint regarding

DEAR SIR,

I have booked railway ticket in the internet irtcc portal. the ticket is not booked. but my indian bank account Rs. 652 is deducted in my account. Ref.67659211 Dated 03/07 time 18.24 indian bank. so many email to and phone there is no response. So take necessary action and refund the amount as an early thanking you.
