Deposit of cash

Dear Sir,

I am an account holdre in pnb at RLG, Gurgaon with A/C No. 3342000100198513 and my wife Mrs. Shagufta Khan is also the customer of pnb at barielly road, Haldwani. She is a house wife and I have to deposite some amount in her A/C No.1872000109091815 every month for her and kids expenses but thereis a great problem in deposit of cash vouchers at pnb branches in Gurgaon.

The cashiers of RLG branch are saying that you have to deposite out station vouchers in main branch at fountain chowck, Gurgoan and they have provided a seperate window for out station vouchers with very long q. To deposite some amount a person should take a leave for whole day. There is no use of online net working and not providing the facilities to customer.

So, please ask them to allow to deposite all vouchers at any counter, which help to the customer and save the time also.
