Tax Refund & Poor experience

This is regarding my return of income for assessment year 2008 - 09 filed. I recieved a letter stating that Rs.14560/- has been determined as refund asking for my bank details letter dated 10th Aug. I have submitted my details yet I haven't recieved anything. I am bed ridden for a month hence tried chasing today over phone call. The operator is rude! May b frustrated with his Job. Tansferred my call to Ms. Rashmi S Mondkar, no response. I called up again the operator Mr. Patil gives me her direct number huge attitude again! I called that extension 25 times between 1130 pm - 1430 pm but no response.

The money is critical for me hence the Option to write here. Hoping this site is looked upon and I shall get a response. Details below
