ITZ CASH CARD
Excess charges again

I tried to book ticket directly on irctc portal with ITZ Cash card and even there the payment gateway charges written on IRCTC website is 1.5% on the website but instead the company charges 3% which is again contradictory in their statement and excess charges are taken by the company falsely.. pls help customes to stop this excess charging
