Product not Delivered for nearly 3 Years

Dear Sir/Madam

I Jeeva Rajagopal located in Tamilnadu had ordered in valuemart shopping (Online Shopping) using my Deutsche Bank Credit for the following products

1. Floor Weeper

2. Belnder Grinder

3.MP4 Player with Camera

The invoice number is 6338. The above products were ordered on November 29 and since then I have not recieved the products.

I have mailed the company (contact@ivaluemart.cim and admin@ivaluemart.com) umpteen number of times but in vain.

Kindly request your help in ensuring that these peopl refund my money and alo learn a lesson for their arrogant behavior towrds customers
