Plat5 Consultancy doing fraud

Hi, I am Bimal Joshi. from Ahmedabad & My Phone No. 9978828272.

On 15-AUG I received a call from number 911244941500, they told me they are from

PLAT-5 company and they are offering a free discount card on a promotional basis. For this I

do not have to pay a single rupees and but for this i need to register one of my credit card.

I believed them at that moment at they send me to IVR system where I punched in my credit

card and cvv number. After 10 min of this incident i got shocked when I received a SMS that

an amount of RS 4964 has been deducted from my HDFC credit card account, immediately i

informed this incident to my bank and blocked my card.

After this incident in evening 7.15pm i had received a call from plat 5, i asked them to return my

payment but they told me that we call u back I told him that I am not setisfy with your product &

u never told me that there is some charges debited in your account.i also told to Mr. Sameer

that I m going to complaint in police station but he doesn't answer me for that.

Now, I think that I want to go at police station for the above matter.
