Issue of duplicate ATM

Sir my ATM card is lost December I have applied for duplicate ATM card much time, but every time no response from the bank they told me he is give the request but there is no result found for my request. They request open new account for issue new ATM Card. This is my salary account every month my salary deposit from the dept. bulk post. Plz tell me about the issue of duplicate ATM commission deposit in which account number or automatically deduct this amount in my account.

Plz tell i want to know that when i could get my ATM card because this is my salary account so i could not change account number for get new ATM card
