ABRUPT CHARGES FOR CASH HANDLING

We are operating current account and fadeup with the abrupt deductions towards cash handling charges. Though other banks like Bank of India charges Rs 50 for transactions up to Rs 500000 five lacs PNB is deducting Rs 500 and above for the same. How such differences can take place.
