Excess Electricity Bill for a locked flat and non-working Electric Mete

Sub: Electricity Bill for an unused / locked flat No. 3G-27, DADABARI EXTENSION, KOTA (Rajasthan)

The above flat was kept locked since OCTOBER. As the flat kept remain locked and un-used, I had applied for electricity bill on an average basis. On my request, authorities of Jaipur Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited, Dadabari, Kota got verified the locked status of the flat and found that the Electric Meter is also not working. They have noted all the facts and informed me that henceforth the electricity bill be raised on an average basis for the above flat.

But, surprisingly, authorities of Jaipur Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited, Dadabari, Kota, is raising electricity bill for the above flat ON NORMAL BASIS, i.e., taking into the meter reading of OCTOBER i.e., since when the flat locked.
