REFUND OF VIVEK VIHAR SCHEME

Dear sir, I did apply for a plot in VIVEK VIHAR scheme of JDA Jodhpur. For this I submited completed application form no 005133 along with a DD of Rs0, DD no-006405, on 22-07 at AXIS BANK, ALWAR. I could not got a plot in the lottery. But I have not received my refund of application amount Rs 20000 till date. Kindly help me for getting my REFUND with interest. Thanks.
