Unable to View Enrolled Policies at online

Dear Sir,

Self is having LIC Insurance policy and the policy name is JEEVAN ANAND and policy no is 664939560.

the said policy has enrolled in online but i am unable to view my payment details in online and the erro is as below :

and i would like make the premium payment thru online so kindly suggest me in this regard.
