Unable to View Enrolled Policies at online

Dear Sir,

Self is having LIC Insurance policy and the policy name is JEEVAN ANAND and policy no is 664939560.

the said policy has enrolled in online but i am unable to view my payment details in online and the erro is as below :

The details of policies already enrolled by you will be made available as soon as the records are verified. Meanwhile you can view the list of policies by clicking on Enrol Policies link.

and i would like make the premium payment thru online so kindly suggest me in this regard.
