I have purchased Policy Jeevan Saral with Cash/Credit Cards from Corporation Bank as Sales Excutive ANUP CHUGH committed to provide on 26th July'10 Monthly Basis ECS direct Debit through My Syndicate Bank opted by me till Date Two premium has been paid by my side, but till date no policy band or any documents has been received by myself, as well as ANUP CHUGH has not been Picking up My Cell, his Mobile No Is 9582272050.

Please look into mattter as well as take Action acordingly
