Sub: E-payment after surrender of policy without consent.
Dear Sir,
On dated 26.04.11 I have purchased a policy vide no.332991644 from your corporater M/s. SERCO India, Naraina, New Delhi.
I am not satisfied with the policy because the terms & condition is different as told to me by your corporate sale man, So, I have
surrender the policy and ask for refund of premium.
Accordingly the L.I.C refund me (2) cheque amounting to Rs 2178/- & Rs 500/- after deducting their charges against the payment of Rs.3000/-made by me to L.I.C as a premium of policy, which is self explanatory from my enclosed pass book. Sir, I am socked to see that after surrender the policy how you can collect the premium from my accounts whereas I have not authorised to L.I.C nor Canara Bank.
So, through this letter I request your good self to look into the matter and refund my payment of RS.2375/- which you have
collect from my accounts.
Thanking you,
Yours truly,
