The monthly pension cheques of the above refd. policy has not been recd.by me although a period of TEN months have passed.

My L.I.C. agent Shri SAGAR L. HANWATE who has been receiving my yearly premiums was assuring me that I shall get the Pension cheques in time from your office. I had also paid the yearly premiums for the years 2007 & 2008 to Shri Hanwate through STATE BANK OF INDIA KOKATA MAIN BRANCH cheques and intimated to him my change in address from KANPUR to KOLKATA.

I was having tremendous faith in L.I.C. but I am a little dejected in not receiving my legitimate dues from your esteemed organization.

I shall request you all to kindly investigate in the matter and issue the PENSION CHEQUES FROM APRIL onwards in my present address :
