Not valid transaction

Sir, i am a saving A/C holder in your S.B.I Bank A/c no.5219697 cassipur branch, branch code-2043, i have made a transaction on 04/03 transaction no.-S10A003084058 through Axis Bank ATM ID-S1AN23612 of amount-Rs-10, 000/=.But the transaction was not made on such due date.so, kindly refund my money which has been missing.
