I have submitted this copy of letter as given below and required documents at the LIC Office 20 Days in advance. Already 15 days have passed but I have not yet received the Maturity value of my policy.

The response level of the officials dealing this assignment of this branch is very poor found non co operative. Most of the time the Branch Manager is out of his Seat. We the policy holders are facing problem.
