EXCESS DEBIT

We have taken services of justdial between August to July. We have made down payment for 3 months. and rest was under EMI, which was supposed to get terminated at March. It was noticed later that they charged us excess debit for 3 months by which they consumed Rs.13800/- extra. after bring to their notice and asked for refund, which they denied with reason it is not company's policy to refund the money back. the same will be settled by extra service, which they continued for 1 months and asked for renewal. after asking what happened about our previous money, they said it was used for extra service which i feel is really pathetic. I want the forum to help me in this case and get my money back.
