Misguiding DLF Pramerica agents in Bangalore

Hi All,

This mail is just to caution you against the misleading information given by some people in Bangalore. They would pretend to be from DLF Pramerica but actually they are not. When ever someone comes to you for explaining any DLF plan you can ask them to show their original ID card as they should have if they are DLF employees.

I was fooled by one such group, who are basically from Just wealth Group and not from DLF. I got call from a guy named Vishal, for some DLF plan. Then one person, named Nithin came to explain a plan which he claims will give 11.8L in 5 years if you invest 1L/years for 5 years. If you are not satisfied with the plan or convinced but not ready to take the policy immediately, then he will show you lot of gifts like gold coin, some smart phone, free accidental and critical illness rider with policy and cooker etc if you take the policy same day.

Believing their words, i took the policy same day. Usually they collect some docs such as PAN xerox, form 16 which is mandatory for 1L or more than that investment. Even some medical checkup is also there when the policy provides any coverage and then they collect the premium amount. But to my surprise the same day my money got deducted from my account and medical checkup happened after two weeks that too after me giving call to them for clarification. Even i don't know how come an insurance agent can forget the required docs such as form16 and even it never happens that the medical checkup happens after you pay the premium as it usually happens in the beginning and then they ask for premium.

Now it was after one and half month when i got the policy doc. Surprisingly the rider (critical illness and accidental) benefits were missing from the policy doc. After getting more closely to the benefits mentioned i found that the calculation formula for the return amount, it came out to be 10.5L in 5 years for 1L/year premium which Mr. Nithin explained as 11.8L. That bulshit guy don't even know the docs required, don't know exactly the policy returns and gives lot of false commitments.

So, after taking to DLF people and even these guys that i will cancel the policy which anyone can do in 15days look up period. Then these guys from Just wealth company came and collected that policy doc to issue new policy doc with riders. Once again i was medically examined to get new policy doc.

Now apart from this, its almost 5 months that only i got 5L cooker till now as benefit of taking policy same day when i met Nithin, that too initially he and his manager told will be. Almost ever week i followed with Nithin but everytime he tells some story as my mother is sick, my father got expired, currently i am in Mysore etc etc. Initially i thought may be he might be busy or telling truth or away but when he called from bangalore landline number and told that i am in Mysore, then i understood that he is avoiding me.

As of now still i am waiting for free branded smartphone, gold coin to get from him.

SO THIS MAIL IS JUST TO TELL YOU THAT NEVER GO AS PER THEIR WORDS AND FOR SURE YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR GIFT. AFTER WORD I NOTICED THAT BAJAJ ALLIANZ WAS GIVING MORE BENEFITS IN TERMS OF GIFTS DIRECTLY FROM THE COMPANY AND NOT FROM THESE THIRD PARTY FOR THE POLICY WITH BETTER RETURNS THAN DLF PRAMERICA.
