DCB bank not reimbresed the ATM money which took away 10000 rs

Hi

i am KALPANA RAGHAV age 64 yrs in mumbai.

Its almost more than 75 working days i did not receive the reimbresment from bank DCB (development credit bank oshiwara mumbai)

I have account in PNB bank it was 13/7/ 2011 evening around 4.30pm i wanted to withdraw a amount of rupeess 10000 from the DCB ATM via fast cash

but i DID not get money and gave cancel so i got my card back

then i observed it was debited from my account... I went to next ATM & checked in PNB BRANCH to it and asked they said it will be reimbresed within 12 working days.

but after waiting for 15 working days also it was not credited back when i checked the status with PNB they said it was successful transaction done and no dues on that day i was totally shocked on their

statement went to DCB to query they also said the same but i requested for cctv clips to be soon in front fo me

DCB avoid to give the cctv clips to PNB bank they said our cctv camera was not working that time.

i dont understand why DCB people are so much cheating normal people like this and log said clearly PUSH PLATE SERVER FAILURE ..inspite of that also the are denying and very much ignorant... i am normal person like you all i need some sort of support and help to get back my money from DCB...

i am much worried about that amount as its my own money... which required for my treatment.
