Non receipt of new card and not showing the balance if I paid cash in your bank

Dear HDFC manager,

I am holding a gold business card and it has been upgraded to platinum card through on line by your staff. unfortunately I didnot received new card. Some body is sending SMS to me that, card dispatched and return back. It is really fooling general public. because my office working regularly. Also today I deposited Cash in HDFC branch, but it is not showing in system. Now iam totaly afraid of HDFC card system. Can you help me to get rid of this situation/
