OVER CHARGING ON CREDIT CARD

I am K Anantharaman and have a citibank credit card no 5425 5684 0027 5014. I had not received my statement for the period 21/04 to 20/05 for which i was waiting. However, to my utter surprise, an overdue statement with a date of 20/06 has been received with a late payment fee of Rs. 700 and Interest charges of Rs. 638.07. I have been regular payment and am an air force officer and this card is with me close to about 15 years. Non receipt of statement could not be a reason to charge the late payment fee and interest charges.

I would kindly request for a refund of the above amounts which has been wrongly charged to my credit card account. I have made a payment of Rs. 54, 500 on 02 july 12 on the current bill.
