Delay in issuing Cheque

Sir,

I have joined in kapil chit funds Pvt. Ltd on26-11 for chit value of 250000.00 chit reference number TT01g1-09 duration of 50 months at west maredpally. Due to my personal financial difficulties I bided the chit for Rs164500.00 on 28-04.i submitted all my documents sureties and completed all formalities and my background verification is also done, they said me that they will issue the cheque in 10 business days, but till now I did not receive the cheque, and after making many calls and many rounds to the office, Mr. Ravi the manager is not at all giving us a positive reply and also his behavior is very rude, and spoke harshly with my father and now he is telling us to wait for another 15 days, as my personal financial condition is not well I have bided the chit, Now it’s getting more delayed.

I request kapil chits to pay my cheque at an early date .and also tell Mr. Ravi (manager) to behave in a pleasing way with the esteemed customers of Kapil chits,
