Amount debited but cash not disbursed

My account number is 03671140028685 of HDFC bank of bangalore seshadripuram branch. At 114/67, Arcot Road, Opp. Christian Medical College Hospital, Vellore ATM, I tried to withdraw 5000 at around 20:30 today but I did not get Rs. 5000, something has happened and I did not get my money but i got an sms that the amount has been debited from my account, this money is for treatment of my mother in vellore and we are very poor, please do something to get that money urgently as my mother has to go through operation (anupam roy, 08904620396 is my number), i have details of transaction and the security was there
