Karvy health plan policy of national insurance
Non receipt of policy after one month

I ashok kumar jain age 64 am a retired officer of u.p.s.r.transport corporation. i paid for above policy to karvy gomtingar branch lucknow but have not received national insurance corpn policy stating therein the t and c of my health insurance. instead of it they have given me addresses of hospitals printed in a two inch booklet, hard to read, published by a third company . karvy has also not supplied me the lic policy for market plus scheme, though several months have passed. i tred to contact their local insurance head but he refused to talk to me.when i told him that he may face a criminal complaint he asked for my mail i.d. and promised to reply soon. i nseek an apology from karwy otherwise a cr case will be filed against them for cheating/fraud.
