Karvy Insurance broaking/ National Health Plan
Karvy Natonal Health plan

Hi,

My parents have taken a health insurance plan from karvy (Jhansi branch) last year. The insurance is from the National Insurance company Ltd.

The policy details are as follows

Name: Sharda Maheshwari

and

Name: Vijay Kumar Maheshwari

Policy No : 154400/46/09/8500002671

This plan is a long term health insurance plan and now when my father contacted Karvy Jhansi branch the Manager told him that Karvy no more has any collaboration with National Insurance company and the plan can not be renewed.

My father has turned up 60 Yrs and he is not eligible to take health plan from most of the other agencies as well which he could have done at the time when he took this policy from karvy.

I have contacted to FHPL and National Insurance company regarding this and they suggested that only Karvy can help in this matter. I have contacted the branch but they are saying they can not help in this regard.

If this plan can not be renewed the premium amount paid should be refunded.
