I am not able to upload my policy in the LIC portal

This is to inform you that I, Bharat Gopal Remje, POLICY NO: 976084127, Premium amount is Rs. 11, 724.00, has taken a policy form one of my colleagues wife. And was regularly paying through their portal ID but this time they are unable to process the payment through netbanking. As the premium is due now and I am very much worried about the payment. And when I am going to make new registration personally the message is coming that" YOUR POLICY IS ALREADY REGISTERED" please try with new policy.

Therefore, I request you to allow me to make fresh portal login immediately
