OVER CHARGING ON NEW CONNECTION

Dear Sir,

I required a new gas connection through distibutor of Bharat Gas Agency "Kitchen Care" Shakarpur, New Delhi. They are overchaging too much on single & double gas connection that is 5200 & 7000. I also made a complain against them to customer care ref no 3276469 dated 01/03 in which they will resolve within seven day buy again called after passing the day they given a new ref no 3287501 & told that they will take another seven days to resolve. Kinldy let me know whether they will wright the or will resolve the issue?
