Sub.: Complaint about non-receipt of statement though e-mail.

Sir/ Madam,

With due regard I would like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that I am not getting the mails about my Investment being done through SIP vide Foilo No.1716156/01 with KOTAK MF-30 (DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT OPTION). My e-mail address as supplied earlier is – roktimkv@yahoo.co.in.

In addition to this I also like to switch over my existing accumulation from HDFC Top 200 Dividend Reinvestment option to KOTAK MF-30 (DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT OPTION) to Growth option. Please advice further in this regard.

Kindly arrange to send my receipt/ statement against my account at the earliest.
