Cheating by Kotak Demat Account

I have Opened Demat a/c with Kotak Securities in Three Years ago.

While Account opening, the executive named Mr. Balaji, This guy told me is Total Free of cost for Demat account, I received welcome kit and other information, but i never used online Trading Demat account, but Bank charging every year, This month also detected Rs 670 from my account..

i called customer care also they told to me it is not our fault, this is your fault, we cannot give you refund, so you have to submit cancellation form then after that we will not deduct the money from you account
