Loan recovery threatening calls

For last 6 months me and wife is getting harrasment calls from Kotak car finance for no reason. They are troubling us by threatening us with harsh and bad words and asking us to pay the car loan emi which is registered in the name of Mr. David Emmanuel. We do not have any idea about this person. We have contacted Kotak customer service many a times but they have not updated their records (as our numbers are registered in David's account).

Please help us in solving this problem as unnecessarily we are forced to hear the threating calls from Kotak car Finance people.
