Kotak Credit Card
Rejected credit card application without giving reasons

I had applied for kotak credit card. The reference number sent to SMS is 0932102000174. When i applied they collected my confidential documents like pay slips, pan card details etc.

The whole process was painful as they called me many times for verification. The address verification took lot of time.

After all these suddenly they say that they cant give me card. When i ask to return my documents back. They say it cant be returned.

I request them to give me my documents and if possible reason to reject my application
