Kotak Credit Card CPP Assistance Membership fees

Hi

I am Nilesh Bhure & have kotak credit card.4166xxxxxxxxxxx9135. In Month of April kotak card sent me statement in which they charge me for CPP assistance Service for Rs. 1295.00/-. But till date have not given any confirmation in verbal or in written for this service to Kotak card.

Then how they charge me?

When I wrote Email to them, they gave me ph no. for assistance. But nobody responding on same.

They then call me for payment for same month & told me that they don't no about charges & if I don't pay them then will charge me late fees.

So that I suggest not to go for KOtak cards...
