Arbitration Notice

I am SUKHENDRA CHANDRA BHOWAL from Kolkata and I have some unpaid dues on my Kotak Credit Card no.0004166451400320245

I received a notice from an advocate from Mumbai on behalf of Kotak Credit Cards, asking to pay entire dues. After that, 09.04.11 another letter is received from the same advocate, addressed to another advocate in Mumbai with subject "Appointment of Arbitrator Under Section 11 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act-1996, appointing him as the 'Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the claims'

My arbitration date is 27th April in Mumbai.

Now tell me what should I do?

Kindly evaluate and advise how to deal with the above Arbitration Notice Issue and what it can result into.
