Hi,

Never go for Kotak insurances.

I have 5 policies with Kotak and I am continuously paying premium for last 3 years. Fourth year is going on. I am not intersted in payong any premium afterwards as there is huge loss in all my policies. Even not a single policy is showing benefits to me.

And now when I want to withdraw the amount apart from the loss, I need to pay surrender charges also. for eg, if the policy of 20 per year, i have paid 60k as of now but the fund value is 55k and another 4-5% on this, so instead of getting profit after 4 years, loss of around 8000-9000 which is ridiculuos. When I call and ask them about the loss, the only answer they have is market down. I do not think in last 4 years the market is continuously down, there was a tym when it was going good also.

I have policy in BirlaSunLife also but there I am not facing any loss, however the profit is not so high but atleast I am getitng my money back.

I will not suggest anyone to get a policy in Kotak. It is my worst experience. I do not know where these people are investing your money. It is tottaly not transparent.

Can you tell me how can I get atleast the deposited money back.
