Delay in payment

Policy No.00637796.. Client no.50360747.

I have applied for partial repayment from the above policy on 1st September. Now it is 25 th sept.but no transaction has taken place. In fact it was emergency for fund, hence applied for partial withdrawal. It ssems the process is bureaucratic and it has been trapped in red-tapism. It was not expected from private sector insurance company.
